Do I need to talk to sales before trying Frontdesko?
No. The property management system is free forever with unlimited rooms, so you can create an account and run your front desk today without speaking to anyone. Book a demo only if you want a walkthrough of the channel manager or booking engine, or help planning a migration.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Phone calls are answered immediately during business hours. Email gets a reply within four hours, and anything blocking a live property — a failed sync, a booking that will not load, a guest waiting at the desk — is treated as critical and answered within one hour, around the clock.
What should I include in a support request?
Your property name, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot and the booking or reservation reference usually turn a two-day back-and-forth into a single reply. If a channel is involved, tell us which one and roughly when it last synced correctly.
Can you help me move off my current PMS?
Yes. Send us an export of your rooms, rate plans and forward bookings, and we will map them into Frontdesko for you. Most independent properties are live the same week, and you keep operating on your existing system until you are ready to switch over.
Which OTA channels can you connect?
Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip and Goibibo among others, with rates and availability syncing both ways. If a channel you depend on is not listed, ask — connector coverage changes often, and we will tell you honestly whether it is supported today.
